Here's what I did.....
1. I cut my pre made store bought pizza crust in half. I froze the other half for the next time I'm hungry for pizza, which is sure to be soon ;-).
2. I thawed out one boneless & skinless chicken breasts in my microwave. Then I salt & peppered it & cooked it in my small non stick sauté pan till done & removed it to rest an a plate with paper towels. That helps it or over cook & remain juicy.
BTW skip ahead several steps, it's in the oven & is making my mouth water with its heavenly smells as I type this.
3. I pre hear my non stick grill pan on the stove top on medium high heat for a few minutes. Meanwhile I spray both sides of my crust with EVOO. Then grill it on my grill pan 2-3 minutes per side until I see grill marks. Then I removed my pan from heat.
4. Then I brushed Alfredo sauce on the crust & topped it with Italian mix shredded cheese, my chicken, sliced red & yellow peppers, red onions, & black olives.
5. I put the pizza in the grill pan into the oven preheated to 350 for 10 minutes.
