





















So, my results so far are....
-I've lost 10 pounds
-My belly fat is shrinking
-I am not out of breath after walking up the stairs
-I am not feeling depressed with the Winter Blues (S.A.D.)
-My largest pairs of jeans are back in the top of my closet. That's where they go when they don't fit. ( I have a rainbow of sizes) I'm such a yo-yo...
-My ulcerative colitis symptoms have basically diminished.
-Picking out what I'm going to wear is becoming much more enjoyable. (So I'm not living in sweats & elastic waist pants....)
-I actually feel like doing my hair & make up for the day after my shower.
My working out consists of 30-35 minutes on my elliptical 5 days a week, crunches, push ups, planking, & some hand weights. When I first started I just decided to do my elliptical every other day, no matter what! NO EXCUSES! After a couple of weeks I was feeling good & desired more exercise... Funny how that works.
